By accessing or using Corner Merchant (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and CAMPINTL, a Nevada S-Corporation under THE HAYMAN HYMAN TRUST ("we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 18 years old (21+ for gambling-related products) and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.
Paid tiers are billed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for keeping your API key secret. We are not liable for charges or actions incurred through compromised keys. We may rotate or revoke keys at our discretion.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to discover proprietary algorithms; (b) resell Service access without authorization; (c) use the Service for illegal activity; (d) circumvent rate limits or tier restrictions; (e) impersonate others.
All content, algorithms, scoring models, agent personas, and trade-secret methodology are the exclusive property of CAMPINTL, a Nevada S-Corporation under THE HAYMAN HYMAN TRUST. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service output. You receive no rights to our code, models, or data.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) in Clark County, Nevada UNDER ITS COMPREHENSIVE ARBITRATION RULES. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to subscribers. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
